It was really great to re-meet those long-serving Directors and welcome new members on-board. The ARC, NHMRC, Department of Education presented as did some of our members on a range of topics and issues including ERA, Assurance Frameworks, Gender diversity in funding applications, National Research Infrastructure, research contracting and benchmarking. </span> </p><p style="margin:0;font-size:14px;mso-line-height-alt:18px"> </p><p style="margin:0;font-size:14px;mso-line-height-alt:21px"> <span style="font-size:14px;">It is also rewarding to see that two members of ARMS are on the ARC ERA Transition Working Group – Tony Sheil (Director Office for Research, Griffith University) and Michelle Duryea (Edith Cowan University and Convenor, Director SIG for Research Information and Reporting). As senior practitioners they are exceedingly well-placed to make significant contributions. We look forward to seeing other members on national committees across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.</span> </p><p style="margin:0;font-size:14px;mso-line-height-alt:18px"> </p><p style="margin:0;font-size:14px;mso-line-height-alt:21px"><span style="font-size:14px;">You will also have seen in a separate email and invitation to provide feedback on the revised Terms of Reference for our Standing Committees.
