Adele has worked in research administration and management in the area of research integrity and ethics since 2010. She greatly enjoys her current role as Research Integrity Coordinator and Deputy Manager of the Research Integrity and Ethics Unit because each day is different and she receives great personal satisfaction in finding innovative ways to support the responsible conduct of research at the University of Tasmania. Adele is a strong advocate for ARMS as vital means for creating and maintaining local, national and international connections and for staying up to date with sector developments.
