This module, facilitated and delivered by Professor Moira Clay of Moira Clay Consulting concerns development and implementation of strategies to develop research talent within your institution. The program will define why you do talent development, how you do it (your unique value proposition) and what you do to develop talent. It comprises five topics: Why develop research talent? / Spotting talent / How do you develop talent? / Approaches to developing talent / Evaluating talent development. The module provides valuable knowledge and principles that will enable you to meet the challenges of a complex environment and effectively facilitate talent development. Finally, the session will provide practical strategies to implement in your own organisations.
