Pre-reading:

You are required to read the relevant pre-reading (Body of Knowledge) document ahead of the workshop and familiarise yourself with any other materials that you have been provided with. Click here to view/download the pre-reading (Body of Knowledge) document as well as two (2) separate documents:

  1. Case studies
  2. Activity on identifying agreement issues.

The case studies and activity are also contained in the Body of Knowledge.  We kindly request that you review all documents prior to the workshop and be prepared to discuss them.

What to bring:

In line with our continuous endeavour to reduce paper consumption, we will not furnish you with a physical printout of the Body of Knowledge (pre-reading) during the workshop. You might consider downloading the BoK onto a personal device that you bring to the session. Having a notebook and writing utensils at hand could also facilitate effective notetaking.

Please remember to adequately charge your device before the commencement of the workshop, and bring with you your prepared notes from the case studies and agreements activity.
