Participants can select from a range of mandatory and optional components that can be taken over a three (3) year period.
The program utilises a points-based system, enabling the acknowledgment of prior learning and formal education obtained from sources external to ARMS (subject to specific criteria).
Did you also know that those individuals that have been accredited at the Foundation Level will automatically receive 25 points credited towards their ELAP progress? This allocation constitutes 25% of the total 100 points required for program completion and is classified as assessed points.
What will be covered?
The ELAP comprises three (3) compulsory elements:
1. Leadership, Management and Strategic Thinking Program;
2. three (3) content specific Electives; and
3. nine (9) hours of group learning opportunities.
Additionally, participants are required to complete:
4. other ARMS assessed programs (e.g., FLAP or master classes); and
5. other non-assessed programs including those outside of ARMS.
Leadership, Management and Strategic Thinking Program
The 2024 Leadership, Management and Strategic Thinking Program will be delivered by Dr Leslie Ashton, QuoVadis Consulting. This program is scheduled for delivery over five (5) sessions commencing in July and ending in August 2024.
