Haipei started her journey in Higher Education as a plant molecular biologist at the Waite Campus, University of Adelaide. In her academic pursuits, Haipei has completed an ARC DECRA Fellowship and also contributed to a number of research projects and delivered many high-impact outputs. She later made a career change and joined the UniSA Research Office. Haipei’s professional journey started as the team leader of the Research Projects Management team, providing post-award services to the research community across UniSA. In Oct 2023, Haipei has taken up the Project Manager role at the Integration Management Office (IMO) for the creation of the Adelaide University. She is currently working in the Research Services and Research Training Domain, under the leadership of Professor Anton Middelberg and Professor Marnie Hughes-Warrington AO.
