Laura Liao is the Manager of Research Operations at The University of Melbourne‘s Florey Department of Neuroscience and Mental Health. She has been dedicated to her research administration career since 2007. She has worked for two Victorian universities, covering a wide range of areas such as publication strategies, human ethics, grant management, performance evaluation, and institutional research reporting. As a perpetual learner, she maintains a keen intellectual curiosity about technology, culture, and change. Her decision to join the Victorian Chapter Committee allows her to share knowledge and exchange ideas with fellow members from other universities in Victoria.
