Dr Andrea Christie completed her PhD in 2022 as a Vice-Chancellor's Research award recipient. She currently works at RMIT University (Melbourne) as Manager, Research Strategy and Governance, where she is responsible for the development, rollout and oversight of College-wide initiatives, spanning researcher capability development programs, centre policy frameworks, project overhead allocation and reporting systems, communication mechanisms for grant deadlines, and performance analytics for strategic focus areas for the College. Outside RMIT, she serves as Treasurer on the Victorian Chapter Committee, where she has engaged with her fellow Committee members in organising various Chapter events and executing financial budget activities.
