With a solid foundation in Biomedical Science and extensive experience in clinical research project management, I bring a strategic and results-oriented approach to my work. Currently serving as a Clinical Trial Officer at the Telethon Kids Institute, I oversee large-scale international randomised clinical trials, ensuring seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and effective participant coordination. My responsibilities include ethics and governance applications and ongoing reporting, start-up operations, and stakeholder management, contributing to enhanced trial efficiency and expanded international collaborations.
Previously, at Linear Clinical Research, I excelled in managing Phase 1 clinical trials, and developing key partnerships with sponsors and vendors. This experience has equipped me with the skills to navigate the complexities of clinical trial administration across all stages, and drive project success.
I hold a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from the University of Western Australia, specialising in Pharmacology and German Studies. My expertise includes project management, regulatory affairs, and stakeholder engagement, supported by a strong background in scientific research and data analysis. I am passionate about advocating for consumer voices in research and have actively promoted stakeholder engagement to ensure inclusive and impactful research outcomes.
Recognised with the Australasian Research Management Society Early Career Research Management Development Award 2024, I have also presented my work at international conferences. I am committed to advancing clinical research management, leveraging my skills to foster impactful research outcomes and drive excellence in the field. I am excited to join the WA ARMS Chapter Committee and contribute to the growth and development of the research management community.
