Naomi is a collaborative research management professional who has worked in research support roles within universities and medical research institute settings. In her current role, at the University of Newcastle, her team supports HDR students and academics research endeavours within the School of Nursing and Midwifery by implementing strategies to build research capacity and enable impact, providing them with opportunities for skills development, access to resources and project guidance.
Naomi completed the ARMS Accredited Research Manager (Foundation) course in 2014 and is now keen to support the research management community through being a member of the ARMS NSW Chapter Committee.
