Emmaline is a practiced educator with experience working across the sector in Australia and overseas. Emmaline is the Manager Researcher Development at Charles Sturt University. She addresses the training needs of research staff and leads the development of programs and initiatives that enable staff to improve their research capacity and impact.
Emmaline is currently Co-Convenor of the NSW Chapter of ARMS and holds a Doctorate (Education) from Griffith University and an MBA from Southern Cross University.
