Dr Willie Koh is Director of the Research Integrity and Ethics Office (RIEO) at NTU where he helps to oversee matters related to research governance and compliance. This is to ensure that research activities within the university are adherent to international best practices and are compliant with local and international regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Dr Koh obtained his BSc from the National University of Singapore, and PhD from University College London. He left academic research to become a research administrator since 2011. Over the years, he has worked on facilitating national-level strategic research initiatives, international research partnerships, research agreements and contracts, site-level clinical trials, and research ethics involving humans and animals.
