European Research Council Synergy Grants for Top Researchers from Anywhere in the World

The  European Research Council (ERC) is the premier European funding organisation for excellent frontier research. It supports investigator-driven frontier research across all fields. It awards research grants to scientists and scholars from all over the world, both early-career and senior researchers, carrying out their ambitious research projects in all scientific disciplines.

For ERC Synergy Grant, a group of two (2) to maximum of four (4) Principal Investigators (PIs) work together and bring different skills and resources to tackle ambitious research problems. One PI per Synergy Grant group at any one time can be hosted or engaged by an institution outside of the EU or Associated Countries (e.g. Australia, New Zealand, Singapore). The session will delve into the grant description, admissibility and eligibility, evaluation criteria, process, panel structure, proposal structure etc.
