PD Sessions @ Zoom: Applying your research manager superpowers to develop major initiatives
Opportunities for major initiatives seem to arrive like buses, nothing for ages and then 3 turn up all at once.
Research managers are the lynch pins for making these activities work, enabling academics to explore ideas, test partnerships and in many cases manage the inter-university politics. This session will explore the ways in which research managers and research offices can both drive and enable new initiatives, harness diverse thinking and optimise outcomes for major initiatives. Superpower poses all around.
