Research Impact SIG Networking Session - Friday 28th May

12:00pm Friday, 28 May 2021
1:00pm Friday, 28 May 2021

The ARMS Research Impact Special Interest Group will be holding monthly networking sessions in 2021. These will be held on the last Friday of the month, with the next session Friday 28th May at 12pm AEST. Each month we’ll have a discussion topic to loosely frame the conversation. The aim of the sessions is for our community to meet and share ideas.

For this fifth networking session we’re very lucky to be joined by Tara McLaren, Head Research Development, and Tobias Schoep, Impact Solutions Lead, from Telethon Kids Institute who co-chaired the AAMRI Research Impact Working Group. They will be discussing the AAMRI Research Impact Framework and its implications. You can access the report here and we encourage you to have a look prior to the session as it is a very thorough report. Tara and Tobias are open to discussion and it would be great to talk about how this could be used more broadly beyond the Australian medical research sector to enable the development of impact from research.

We look forward to seeing you!
