ERA/EI Review Outcomes

In 2020, the Australian Research Council (ARC) undertook a review of Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) and the Engagement and Impact Assessment (EI).  The outcomes of that review were released by the ARC in mid-June.  This session will be an opportunity to discuss those outcomes and how institutions are preparing for future rounds of ERA/EI in light of the 22 recommendations and action plan.

This discussion will be facilitated by Michelle Duryea, RIR SIG Convenor, from Edith Cowan University (MAICD, Fellow of ARMS) and Gary Long, Manager – Research Services, Western Sydney University.
