Within the "My Account" section of your member portal, you have the ability to update both your login email address and password.
Transferring Corporate Memberships:
Please note that if you are changing your corporate membership (i.e., your employer), you must contact the ARMS Executive Office at ARMSMembership@researchmanagement.org.au to facilitate the transfer of your existing ARMS account.
Requesting a New Password:
To request a new password, click on "Member Login" located at the top right corner of the ARMS website. Then, select "Request new password" at the bottom of the login box. Don't forget to check your Junk folder for the reset email noting that it can take up to 30 minutes for the email to be sent.
