NSW Chapter Event: Is facilitation the missing link in leadership? - 21 Nov 2024
There’s no place in the future for leaders who are technically proficient only. The future belongs to leaders that have technical AND process skills. These are required to lead people, innovation, change and impact. Facilitation, when done well, creates trusting relationships that work well and exceed expectations. The big question is how to develop these facilitation skills and have the confidence to use them. The answer is all about adopting a facilitator mindset and using tools to enhance conversations, collaborations, project planning, funding proposals and pathways forward. Join this virtual session to find out how.
